My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. My husband and I got the Brazilian Barbecue and were able to enjoy a number of different meats including pork, a variety of steak cuts all seasoned to perfection, lamb, chicken, shrimp, and even some cinnamon grilled pineapple to aid in digestion (What we were told). The servers were on top of it with the meat cuts and were also kind and professional. To top it all off, the salad bar offered even more variety. I enjoyed a strawberry salad, broccoli soup, and the best bacon I have had! It's expensive, but now that I know my favorite meat, I would go back and get the lighter meal. This choice gives you one meat and the salad bar and is much more affordable.

The food was excellent and there is no lack of good quality meats. I came for dinner at about 4:30 and so the place was not very busy. My only very small issue was that 50% of the meats were a bit saltier than my taste preferences, however, it is not too bad and I will be returning here on my next trip in September.

To be honest, my husband and I didn't expect much from a Brazilian steakhouse in Kennewick, Washington. But we weren't just impressed with Boiada, we were blown away. On a cold, drizzly Wednesday night in March, we followed our GPS past the Costco and down a dark side street to the parking area behind the restaurant. A ramp led us across a little courtyard to the rear door. Inside was a small but elegant space with soft lighting, white tablecloths, a long bar at one end, and a large buffet in the center. Unlike some churrascurias we've been to, everything was spotlessly clean. The buffet had a wide variety of cold and hot dishes, salads, and fruit. My husband said the house-made blue cheese dressing was the best he'd ever tasted. I enjoyed the creamy chicken stroganoff. Omar, our waiter, was courteous and attentive. Callie, the chef who prepared and served the meats, asked us how we'd like our steaks cooked. The selections included lamb as well as chicken and beef. The highlight of the meat rotations was the filet mignon, moist and tender, with a rich dry-aged flavor. I can't promise you'd get such personal service on a busy weekend. But on a weeknight, when most other restaurants around here close at eight, we were very glad to discover Boiada.

I can't believe I'm just now discovering this hidden gem here in Tri-Cities. If you're like me, love a great Brazilian steak house where servers walk table to table with rotisserie cuts still on the skew, this is the restaurant for you. Begin with the salad bar has various salads, vegetables, and starches to choose from. (And and bowl of thick, sweet and spicy bacon that's absolutely delicious!) The restaurant is charming, with echoing images and artifacts of a Brazilian ranch. We met Callie, the head chef. It's evident she takes immense pride in her restaurant and the food served to perfection! It was her engagement with us that helped made our dining experience more memorable. If you haven't eaten here yet, you're missing out. Oh, and Carnaval is March 11th. (21 and older) Get your tickets. We are!

Our meal was amazing but the service at Boiada was incredible. Alayna, Kali, Nya and Liana were exceptionally attentive and made sure we had a great meal. They are to be congratulated. We were visiting from out of town and this was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

Walking in you are greeted by cow art, and in the middle of the dining room is a giant bull made of welded sheet metal above the cold bar. It is well lit, and we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server inquired if we had been there before, it was our first time and she explained the menu to us and took our drink orders. From there it was a flurry of meats to delight in! And all of it was so delicious, melt in your mouth savory that it was quiet the first few minutes due to full mouths and happy sounds. I had the house wine which was a red blend and paired really well with the meat. And the cold bar had a great selection of pickled vegetables, cheese, salad, as well as some hot items like rice, mashed potatoes and soup. We all tried a wide array and found all of them delicious. Our server was attentive, Cali, our own personal meat dealer. Offering us meat at steady intervals- our plates were never empty! This is a place you go with a healthy appetite! We left feeling satiated and satisfied, with plans to return in the future. A special treat, and a gem in the Tri-cities.

What a wonderful place! The salad bar has everything! You will be more than satisfied even if that's all you go for. We opted for the full dining experience. The servers kept coming around with shrimp, and other hand carved tasty meats. The lamb melts in your mouth. But the rib eye was my favorite. They have tasty drinks and I ordered a mango flavored something and it was delicious! lol. The deserts all looked amazing but we couldn't imagine taking another bite of anything. The service was top notch and everyone was so nice. We were there around 5:00 o'clock and there was no waiting. They had beautiful music playing and everything was very clean. I highly recommend this establishment.
